Prominent Businessman, Peter Niwagaba has asked the government to prioritize health services, by equipping lower health facilities with ambulances.
Speaking yesterday during the requiem mass of his son Ronald Agaba, which was held at Christ the King Church Kabale in Kabale Municipality, Niwagaba also asked the government to ensure that ambulances in government health facilities are accessed freely to help in transporting patients who need referrals.
Preaching during the mass, the Chaplain of Nyakibale Hospital, Rev. Fr. Balthazar Ndyomugabe, challenged Christians to embrace love and forgive those who have wronged them in order to live at peace with one another.
Agaba 39, succumbed to breast cancer on Tuesday at Le Memorial Medical Services in Entebbe and is survived by three children and one wife.
