Five stray Elephants from Murchison falls National Park have invaded three villages in Pakanyi Sub-county Masindi district and destroyed several hectares of food crops, including maize, beans and cassava. Frank Asiimwe, the Pakanyi LC3 Chairperson said yesterday that the elephants invaded the villages of Nyakarongo, Nyakatiti and Katongole on Wednesday last week.
