Two primary school teachers were yesterday arrested in Kisoro District for allegedly orchestrating malpractice during the ongoing Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE).
The suspects were identified as Bernard Katabire, 41, a teacher at Real Quality Primary School, and the Head Teacher of Seseme Primary School, Samuel Baker Munyantari. Katabire was deployed at Seseme Girls Primary School as an invigilator.
