Kabale Residents Demand Fair Tourism City Boundaries.
Residents in Kabale and Rubanda Districts, are demanding for a fair and balanced demarcation of boundaries for the Kabale Tourism City.
The residents issued the demand yesterday during a consultative dialogue organized by the Kigezi Elders Forum at Kabale Municipal Stadium in Kabale Municipality. The Ndorwa East NRM Chairperson Dr Pritazio Begumisa explained that despite his support for the operationalization of Kabale Tourism City, the demarcation of boundaries should be fairly done.
The Nyamweru Sub County Chairperson, Alex Nkwasibwe, the Bubare Town Council Mayor, Gerald Mbabazi Rukkiira and the Hamuhambo Town Council Mayor, Aggrey Bandebaho, expressed support for the entire annexation of their administrative units to Kabale Municipality, ahead of the operationalization of the city.
