Kabale Authorities Outline 2025/2026 Budget Priorities.
Authorities in Kabale District yesterday announced the 2025/2026 budget strategy premised on 18 growth and development programs of the fourth National Development Plan.
The budget strategy was announced during a budget consultative meeting held at Kabale District Council Hall in Kabale Municipality.
The Kabale District Chief Administrative Officer, John Aslimwe said that the budget strategy will be achieved under the theme “full monetization of Uganda’s Economy through Commercial Agricultural, Industrialization, Expanding and Broadening services, Digital Transformation and Market Access”
The 18 development programs include; agro-industrialization, mineral development and sustainable development of petroleum resources, tourism, natural resources, environment, climate change, water and land management, digital transformation governance and security among others. Asiimwe asked leaders to work in unity in order to achieve the development programs.
